Best way to create individual forms which are searchable

Hi all, I'm looking at creating a number of individual forms such as a new starter or pc deployment checklist, and was wondering what would be the best way to achieve this.

I've had a look at forms which is great, but the forms / checklists I'm looking to create should be individual and searchable on a field such as a user name or the computer name.

If this is possible can you please assist.

Thanks

Are you wanting to write to a database like access or excel or sharepoint?
You can also setup a WordPress site using a Form system, where you simply search all the forms.

As Scott suggested in his request for more information... far more information is required to provide good answers...

For example, considerations that come to mind include...

1) Number of forms which will be stored.

2) Complexity of forms.

3) Number of concurrent users searching forms.

Generally, if I were asked to develop a system like this, I'd stick with a WordPress site, as this would allow faster development with session management + form complexity + database access, all being handled with no coding.

ASKER

Hi guys, it will be writing it to SharePoint. We have access to office 365 so this would be the platform of choice for us.

Thanks
