On a Canon imageRunner iR-ADV-C5560 III, I opened the "Communication settings" from the portal and found the "Default Subject" for the scan-to-email feature.
How can I also customize the default message/body for that same feature?
It was available on the former Xerox but can't find it on the newer Canon.
We customize it to set a body that users recognized easily differentiate legit from other fraudulent emails that we sometimes receive.

The Canon rep already has my question. He should escalate it to higher level of support!

That's what I said...
Searching the manual (1556 pages!) for "default subject" returns 5 results, but searching for "default body" returns none. Similarly, the table for Send Settings lists default subject but not default body.
Have you tried calling Canon support?
