Chromium Edge log in security issues

chromium based edge shows the secured web page of one of our Server 2019 IIS web site before the user has entered the account name and password.  IE, Firefox, Edge and Chrome all force the user to successfully log in before showing the page.   With Chromium based Edge rolling out to Windows 10 users on 1/16/2020  we would like to somehow fix this.  I don't think it is safe to assume this will be resolved in the new Edge by 1/16.  Is there some other piece in Server 2019 IIS we could activate to prevent this?  As info chromium based edge works the same way with the same site on a Server 2008 IIS.  The other browsers listed behave and force a successful log in before displaying the page.

As Paul suggested, this might be caching. Might be something else completely.

I built a couple of virtual Windows 10 with "edgium" and they worked the same way.  First time no display of page and after that, the page did display before the login was completed.  None of the other main browsers do that out of the box.  Kind of annoying.  haven't decided how to handle this in the real world yet when the browser starts showing up with Windows 10 updates.
