Hi Experts,

I recently have been having a problem with Windows 10 - Outlook 2016.

When I send an email via my main Account as BobCollison@Cogeco.CA the Heading Information displays as Bob Colliosn <BobCollison@Cogeco.CA> with my name spelled wrong (Colliosn).  It should be 'Collison'.

I can't figure out how to correct this>

Can someone advise me how to correct it?

Thanks,
Bob C.

what type of account is this?  is it an exchange account?  if so then the properties are on the exchange server.  if it is a POP account then the properties are in outlook.

can you let us know the type of account?

Hi Sean,

This is a POP Account.

I have tried to determine where this is coming from but have been unsuccedssful.

Can you direct me to where I can find this in the Account Maintenance?

Thanks,

Hi Experts,

After providing the Account Type as POP to Sean I went into the Account, found where the problem was and fixed it.  It was a case of mis-seeing the characters in the Account Name.

I also took a look at the link that MASQ supplied which looks very helpful.

Thanks for your quick responses.
