I thought this was an IMAP limitation, it doesn't support the enhanced follow up flags, so they aren't available.<br />

In my Outlook here, I have some IMAP accounts and some Exchange accounts (like Outlook.com email addresses). &nbsp;The IMAP accounts don't show the flag, but the exchange based ones do...<br />
