I have two questions:
1. I set up three users with full delegation permissions. if I send an email form an internal user, it shows up within a minute. From the outside, nothing is coming in. Is there a time frame (like once per day) for the new mailbox to propagate to the outside world?

2. we added the shared box via "Account settings" but what if I want to access the inbox using OWA? There does not appear to be a way to set a password for this mailbox.

Thank you
Wayne

Shared Mailboxes on OWA are accessed by logging in as the user first. Then after successful login (and having your own email displayed, use the upper right corner, click your own name and use the function "Open another mailbox" (obviously, enter the email address or mailbox name)

As for the slow incoming mail, please check the SMTP logs if the mail came in directly from external sending, or if the mail came in later (and hence, logically displaying in Outlook later as well)

Thank you for the response. #1, I realized was set to the archive DB by accident, this has been corrected.
#2, got it and it worked.
Thanks for the quick response.
