I would like to report customer feedback, related to the usage of a software program. <br />
I am working backward before I begin analyzing the comments and need to first find a report (or series of reports) that I will present. &nbsp;I have minimal usage data, the feedback will mostly consist of me reading comments from customers &amp;&nbsp;attempting to manually identify trends. &nbsp;Also, I would like a way to show the sentiment of multiple cohort groups, on singular topics. &nbsp;Ex: how do CISO'S, project managers, computer engineer's, etc all feel about &quot;x&quot;?<br />

Does anyone know some common, unique, or useful report formats for customer feedback? I would like the report to be engaging, informative &amp;&nbsp;concise.<br />

Reporting Customer Feedback

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations. A database report is the formatted result of database queries and contains useful data for decision-making and analysis. Most good business applications contain a built-in reporting tool; this is simply a front-end interface that calls or runs back-end database queries that are formatted for easy application usage.
