Do you know a way, how to determine all my DHCP servers in the whole network ?

ternatinal??? Internal?

Open up DHCP, then right click and manage authorised servers.

I guess it is INTERNATIONAL
That could work, still my solution remains the same :-)

You can determine the dhcp servers that are avsiliable to a specific host by sending crafted dhcp request requests and sniffing the answers

The listed above would help if all the dhcp servers are windows but if you have Linux or ones on your network devices that would not list them.
You can use tools like DHCP find to get a list.

yes I mean all dhcp server in the domain , international
The mmc dhcp snappin allows to see all servers with role dhcp. the same snappin allows to see leases and which server has each lease.
