Hello Ernesto, please download, install and run Antimalwarebytes enable the free trial for Premium and do a scan on the full computer that should help you with the issue and after reboot it should be fine.

Did you check the homepage settings of your browser, often malicious software will change this.
What did you use to scan? I highly recommend using 2,3 or even 4 different products?

I have antimalwarebytes
make sure you dont have any plugins or addons that are synched to your account, if that is the case they will reinstall themselves after you remove them and sync again, so first disable synching, delete everything from the synched apps/addons, then clean, also make sure that the shortcut you use to open chrome does not have a url as part of the program path.
