Cloud Services Terminology

Cloud Services Terminology

I have read about Cloud Services Terminology : https://www.bigcommerce.com/blog/saas-vs-paas-vs-iaas/#the-key-differences-between-on-premise-saas-paas-iaas

it does not cover the case where everything is On-Premises, except for Azure Active Directory and  Office 365  ,
local Active Directory is connected to Azure AD.

How do we call this type of Service? is it Saas ?

Thank you

what about Azure AD ? is it Saas ?

Saas seems like you do not need to own anything.. Everything is in the Cloud. Is that Correct ?

Most of those Slides they show from Bottom to Top what cloud Services offer.. is there any Slide that shows from top to bottom ?

for instance if I want to Manage Everything on Premises Except for Applications and Data that need to be in the Cloud. would that be Saas ?

There is also another type of Service called XaaS.. how is it different from SaaS?

I also want to know what they mean by Runtime and Middleware

Thanks
