Windows 7 update to 10 Windows Server Update Services manual uninstall
Have a computer that is running Windows 7 Pro. Trying to get it updated to windows 10.
Setup stops and says Windows Server Update Services - manually uninstall
I cannot find any sign that it is on this computer. Didn't think you could have WSUS on Windows 7 pro.
Anyone come across this and find solution? This is one of those PC's that would take days to setup again as it's a Autocad Designer with a ton of custom setup.

Thanks. Removed AV again but it's still there. I haven't ever seen this error and there isn't much info online about it.
One can install WSUS management tools on a workstation. Could that apply, maybe?

Well found!
Yes, there's a blacklist in the installer scanner. I guess M$ could really do with publishing the list it uses!

We had a couple of machines that did this where the updater had somehow mistaken SEP for WSUS so check your AV etc is off/removed.
