License vCenter trial?

We have a valid license but not access atm to download vCenter for an upgrade. My question is, can I simply download the Trial version and use that to upgrade or will it still expire after 60 days?

Thanks

Ok great, so why does My VMware not allow you to download vCenter from that site but allows a trial version that you can apply a license to? I ask because we have a corp account but we can't access it at this time and didn't know the difference between the two versions. I will be upgrading from vCenter 6.5 to 6.7.

Thanks

Usually because you are not entitled, because a vCenter License does not exist against your login, or you support and subscription has expired.

If you believe this not to be correct I would contact VMware Licensing.

Anyone can download trial versions, what dictates a Licensed version is the addition of a valid key, with a license key ESXi and vCenter enter trial mode for 60 days.
