Have a windows 2016 server that has gotten this error since Nov 27th 2019 when doing updates:<br />

I've tried an SFC scan, no issues found.<br />
I've disabled IPV6<br />
I've done DISM /Online /Clean-image /RestorHealth<br />
I've renamed the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistrib<wbr />ution and C:\Windows\System32\Catroo<wbr />t2 folder and rebooted.<br />
I've tried a clean boot removing all non windows services from startup.<br />
Ran the windows update troubleshooter as admin and it came up with Windows Update Database Corruption which it attempted to fix. &nbsp;It failed to fix <i>&quot;Potential Windows Update database error detected. &nbsp;Possible issues may prevent Windows Update from keeping your system up to date.&quot;</i>
