Slightly less latency without the switch and it's cheaper. Bear in mind that not all HBAs support direct attached though.

You might consider SAS host connect rather than FC if you have 4 or fewer servers, SAS host connect has more bandwidth as there are 4 lanes per cable but sounds like you have already bought the FC version..

I have hp g10 server with HPE HBA CARD
HPE SN1100Q 16Gb 2port FC HBA
P9D94A
storage:
SAN Q1J01AHPE  MSA 2050 SAN DC SFF Storage
modules:
MSA 16Gb SW FC SFP fiber card
cables:
HP Premier Flex LC/LC OM4 2f 5m Cbl

is it ok ?
Should be fine, SN1100Q must support direct attached (FC/AL) since there's a not about that in HPE Qlogic adapters release notes. IIRC you get SFP+ transceivers with then.

Don't think you get transceivers with the MSA though so you may need C8R24B HPE MSA 16Gb Short Wave Fibre Channel SFP+ 4-pack Transceiver. Quickspecs says "MSA 2050 SAN Controllers do not ship with any SFPs." Also quickspecs says "MSA SFPs are for use only with MSA 2050 SAN Controllers." so don't mix up the ones for the controllers with the ones for the HBAs

can I use HPE SN6000 12Port Single Power FC Switch ?  with same adapter and modules and hba ?
thanks.
Why would you want to use a switch when it supports up to four servers direct attached?

no just for two servers , is there any benefits ?
Like I said in my original comment a switch just adds latency so it will be a bit slower of you add switches. Would also be a waste of electricity.
