Disable updates for Office 365 group

I have created an office 365 group (and with that I mean the O365 group type) to allow a customer to indicate certain calendar entries that are relevant for everyone. The default behanviour is that when a new entry is created in there that all members are sent an email. Is there a way I can change this behaviour.

I found the setting to disable the welcome message. But how do I stop it from sending updates on every new update that is made?

Vasil,

The issue doesn't seem to be solved. I removed all members from Subscribers. But still we get messages when a nex calendar entry is created in the calendar that is associated with the group. The strange thing is also I was not in the list of subscribers and still I get all the notifications for all calendar updates as an email.

Do you know how we can disable all message notifications for all members when a new calendar entry is created?

Thanks

OK, that might be an option that will work. No way to disable this globally as an admin for all users?
The cmdlet I mentioned above should do it... apparently it doesnt affect calendar notifications though. I seem to recall now there was a separate Link type for those, EventSubscribers, but that value is not accepted by the cmdlet.
