Parsing Data from email to excel
Hello, I have an email inbox with hundreds of emails that are in a fixed format. All the emails are in gmail which I access through a web browser. I am attaching a snapshot of a sample email format.
I want to be able to parse the information into an excel spreadsheet where the column names are the names of the fields before the ":" symbol and the values are the whats entered next to them.
What is the best way for me to do that. Is there a commercially available or open source app that can make this easier?
Thanks.

You either need to use some server scripting to access imap or intercept using Zapier perhaps airtable? https://zapier.com/apps/gmail/integrations/airtable
