Windows 10 PRO -- background image, hyperlink ?

I currently have a custom LOGO that I centered on my Windows 10 PRO background.

Can I somehow add a hyperlink to this BIG image ?

I know I can create a smaller .ICO file and just have the small regular ICON appear as a hyperlink, but I want this BIGGER image (about four times bigger then all the desktop icons) to be a hyperlink.

A background image is simply that AN IMAGE A hyperlink is not an image but a shortcut pointing somewhere
You can modify the image and put the text of a link address onto the image but it is not clickable.

why do you want to have a hyperlink for that image?  maybe you better use another solution ?

There is no way built in to Windows to do this.  Earlier versions used to have a "neat" feature known as Active Desktop that allowed for something like this, but not sure if even it could do exactly what you want.
