Computer not reaching starting

try and run the debug mode, while filming your screen. the last line(s) should give a hint as to what fails.

how do I run debug mode
same at safe mode. unless the option does not exist any more which is fairly possible but there should be an equivalent.

since the computer does not boot, pressing f8 might be easier. i assume the author knows how to do that since he attempted to start in safe mode.
all i know is that F8 does not work for me in Win10
forgot about that.
still quite baffled we can solve a "cannot boot" problem with an operation performed from within the booted system ;)
for those who stumble on this thread and have an unbootable system, the menu will also pop after the boot process failed or was interrupted 3 times in a row, so basically keep on trying...

after a 3x failed boot -it goes into that screen with options
