Problems Printing Email In Outlook (O365)

Hello All,

I have a user that is having a problem printing in Outlook.  When she tries the print button is grayed out and if she goes to printer options and tries to print from there it says "there was an error when printing started"  attachments work fine and she can also print to this printer from other programs with no problems.  Just a problem printing the body of the email to a specific printer.  Any thoughts?

BTW - I have already tried running Outlook in Safe mode with no luck.

Hi Rob,
Did you try with different profile?
Did you try reinstalling (i.e. Remove office restart OS and install again.)?

No I did not try another profile or try reinstalling Office.  I will try a repair install.  It is just odd that this is only happening when printing the body of the email and not with any other program - Excel Word both work just fine.

No please uninstall Office restart and install again.
Dont worry you will not loose any data or settings
It looks like the issue corrected itself - maybe through an O365 update?
