KB4507459 fails to install

On a Hyper V server running Server 2016 Standard, the update history shows KB4534271 installed on 1/15/2020.  Above that entry in the list it shows over 30 instances of KB4507459 failures.

When Check for Updates is ran, it gives a "your device is up to date.

Is the KB4507459 necessary to install as long as KB4534271 has installed.

If it is necessary, can the list of failures be cleared from the update history

Thanks
I was hoping that was the situation.  Will it stop trying to install, and I found it strange it tried so many times.

Yeah, you're good from my understanding, you can check the link and it states that the KB trying to install has been superseded by something
