My guess problem is, I haven't gone through a proper career ladder to achieve this...so I'm lacking in confidence :). <br />

Do you keep a social media trail, diary if you will, of the work accomplished? Blog, twitter, Instagram, ETC.<br />

Take stock of what you have done.<br />

Do a Pros and Cons list of the last ten years.<br />
<br />
What have you enjoyed doing what have not enjoyed.<br />
<br />
If no social media, build that diary. <br />
<br />
After doing the above, sit back and absorb.<br />
<br />
The key to self-confidence is twofold:<br />
&nbsp;1: Recognize what has been accomplished and own it.<br />
&nbsp;2: Compliment yourself for it.<br />
<br />
Be your own best friend and affirm yourself.<br />
<br />
This can be taken to extremes as I'm sure you are aware. ;)<br />
<br />
And finally, realize that no one can take away your accomplishments or change anything about you with their negativity.
