Hi Expert,
I have question regarding Power App Licences
Run single apps $10
and Run unlimited apps $40
That's mean after i have developed the app if only one users I have to pay $10 or This is for development Licence ?
for example if i have developed the App and if i need to send to unlimited users it's will cost $40 or each user has to pay $40 .for example 100 users $4000?
Could you kindly explain this.

sorry my question is after i developed the App how licence going to be work?
so any users is using my app they have to pay or i have to pay $10 or $40 ?

These users are your end customers? Or partners / contractors?

Because PowerApps Canvas Apps are used only by users who are part of the organization, you will have to send the app package to the customers. Depending upon their existing usage of the apps, they will have to procure license. If they are using only 1 app or 2 apps at most, they can use PowerApps per app plan (USD 10).

so that's mean no need to pay 600 users for $600*40
only $40 for all users.(if unlimited app)

You are welcome :)
For development purposes you can use personal license and it is totally free.
And PowerApps is licensed per user unlimited here is the number of apps a user can run. The 10 USD license allows you to run 2 apps per user license.
