Outlook 2016 Sent Items from Shared Mailbox

I have a few Shared mailboxes with Send As permission. However, when I send an email as that Shared mailbox, the email shows as being sent from my personal mailbox and not from the Shared mailbox. It used to work that way but no longer. How can I get the sent items to show in the Sent Items folder of the Shared mailbox in the Outlook client?  It works find if I logon as that mailbox from OWA
