Exchange 2019 Mobile mail issue

I am really hoping someone can help me on this.  I have done many exchange migrations and setups but this was my first gsuite to exchange.  Everything is working perfect minus phones.  Mail will not load to outlook on mobile but you can see the calendars.  Mail will load to the native mail client on iPhone and android but you cant send.  If I use a 3rd party mail app like spark mail flows in and out just fine??  I need the outlook and native ones to work.  I have tried a ton of stuff, redid stuff etc. and now I think I'm to the point to where I'm digging so deep I'm not seeing the simple answer.

Are you getting any error on mobiles?
What is the CU you are on?
I am using Exchange 2019 in our infrastructure and it works on mobile without issue.

I'm not getting any errors on the phones.  With the spark mail app mail works fine on both android and iPhone.  With the native mail app IE my Samsung note 10+ mail app.  All mail, calandars etc loads.  I receive mail just fine but it won't send.  If I add my mail account to the outlook mail app it adds the account just fine but it does not load any messages at all.  it very weird.  now I do get a sync error in my mailbox everytime a mail comes and goes when I have my account loaded on outlook mobile.  here is a screen shot  Also We are on CU2

Okay - I seen this problem before but in a diff way.
Do this, take one user account, the one that has less email and export the email by using a PST file option.
Once you have done that, import it towards the exchange mailbox database. After the process being completed then try adding the phone with the exchange and tell me how it goes.

Gmail is  bogus when people try to migrate from that platform.

no luck..  Creating a new user is same thing too.
Try this

1- Create a new user and new mailbox.
2- Add the account towards the phone.
3- Send an email from gmail to your phone account and see if you got it.
4- If you did got it then import the email into that account as a test.
5- If that did not workout then let me know.
nope same issue.  Just an fyi we do not have gmail anymore. I did the migration a month ago.  Ive just had my users use owa web on their phones or the mobile mail app spark until I could figure out why outlook mobile wont load mail or why we cant send from the native app
Okay, so your problem seems to be related with activeSync for what I can see.

still not working.  It's weird that it works fine in the spark mail app..??  but with native you can't send and with outlook mobile nothing loads period.  The account will setup just fine though
