change bios settings from within windows

I want to enable bitlocker on windows 10 machines. Is there a way to change bios settings from within windows for dell workstations? I need to enable TPM remotely. I have access to the Windows OS.

Which dell? They have dell client management tools, though not sure whether it includes bios changes versus updates.
Would think the system will need to be restarted for the changes to take effect.

ASKER

Dell Precision Tower 3620.
I dont see any management tools for this machine.
See if the following is https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=G11TT#CompatibleOs
Or look for a newer version on their site ...
Dell provides remote access through drac. You cannot afaik access bios settings from within the os unless dell provides some tool i am not aware of
The issue here deals with workstations not servers. I do not believe idrac is available on workstations.
Powershell? Check this out ... https://eddiejackson.net/wp/?p=10656

I'd be interested in this myself, if it works.
if the above works locally, it should also be feasible remotely using either the mmc builtin features, or a tool such as psexec to run the commands remotely.
