how to join jenkins to ldap?

i try to join jenkins in freeipa ldap.
it return erroe: javax.naming.AuthenticationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 48 - Inappropriate Authentication] (show details)
i try ldap://ldap.company.local:389

i used exactly the same doc. for this issue. Then yes i have a password for my login. may be the ipa is just accepted a system logon for ldap
a user with no file or not any permission.

problem is i cant create such a user.
