I have a customer who has locked himself out of his gsuite account. &nbsp;He created an admin and then deleted his personal account. He does not remember the admin account or password he created. &nbsp;Literally, we cannot access the gsuite account.<br />

Google's support is notroriously horrible, so I'm actually posting here. &nbsp;We do have access to the DNS for the domain and we can add CNAME/TXT record etc to prove ownership.<br />

Does anyone have any experience with recovery using this method?<br />
