Batch script question

Hi Experts, had a question I needed to run a batch script with a delay of at least 1 minute after first login to the machine. I have created an image using Dell Image Assist and on first login need to run a batch script with admin permissions and a delay

Currently the batch script I have is called S.bat located under C:\S folder and I am calling it using the Image Assist tool by specifying C:\S\S.bat. On double click it runs without an issue but does not run on first login

TIA

Thanks for the response McKnife. Is there any other way besides the Task scheduler?
No. All other ways would involve insecure methods.
Why not Task scheduler?

Thanks McKnife. Task Scheduler worked
