Where is the panel to change your Outlook email settings in W10 1909? When I type in mail in the search box it immediately pulls up an eMail screen but the only option is to create a new email box. I am using a pop3 server and the only time I can get to these settings is when I create a new account. I want to check the settings of an existing email account.

I finally found it under Control Panel->User Accounts-> Mail

Suddenly all my incoming mail is being rejected. I have not changed a thing and the ISP claims they have not changed anything. The only change is Windows updates.

It seems like an authentication issue. Open account settings and retype the username and password.

It has something to do with Trend Micro. I had them install their Hosted eMail Security solution and now no emails are getting through. I have already had them connect several times with no luck. Network Solutions is our ISP and they are no use either. All I get is it should work.
