We've had an urgent need to create a login for a board member. &nbsp;As part of this I have created address book policies to restrict what GAL the board member sees when he logs in, and one that excludes the board memeber from the Organisation GAL.<br />
<br />
In OWA the GAL's work as expected, the Board member only sees:<br />

<li>his entry in the GAL </li>
<li>The GM's</li>
<li>Mine (Tech Support)</li>
</ul>
<br />
When we log into OWA as an employee the Company GAL created via ABP:<br />

<ul>
<li>All staff appear</li>
<li>The GM appears</li>
<li>Mine</li>
<li>The Board Member does not appear</li>
</ul>
<br />
What is odd is that when I open OLK 2016 the Board Member sees the whole GAL<br />

Any thoughts?

Exchange is the server side of a collaborative application product that is part of the Microsoft Server infrastructure. Exchange's major features include email, calendaring, contacts and tasks, support for mobile and web-based access to information, and support for data storage.

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately. The most notable inclusions are Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint and ISA/TMG (Microsoft's firewall and proxy server).

Within Internet message handling services (MHS), a message transfer agent or mail transfer agent (MTA) or mail relay is software that transfers electronic mail messages from one computer to another using a client–server application architecture. A MTA implements both the client (sending) and server (receiving) portions of the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). The terms mail server, mail exchanger, and MX host may also refer to a computer performing the MTA function. The Domain Name System (DNS) associates a mail server to a domain with mail exchanger (MX) resource records containing the domain name of a host providing MTA services.
