vmware esxii with two servers to san
Hello,
I have hp msa 2050 with two servers and no switches
i want to user esxi with two san controller
do I have to get two network cards for servers? or I can work with single one with two ports ?
any suggest link to read how to configure it with two configure it ?

server 1 - port 1 - to san ctr group 1 - a port 1
server 1 - port 2 - to san ctr group 1 - b port 1
server 2 - port 1 - to san ctr group 2 - a port 1

iSCSI must be supported on your storage device. It's generally more cost effective if you already have a switch since you don't need to buy any fibre HBAs or fibre switch (if more that a few connections).
iSCSI is supported over normal network cards.
Again, it all depends on what your storage supports or what type of controllers are installed.
So, to answer your original question, 1 x 2-port NIC or 2 separate NICs will work. A single two port NIC is also a single point of failure, so 2 NICs are better, if you have the empty slots in your server.

Don't forget you need at least one NIC for Management and one for VM traffic. You could use a single vswitch with redundant NICs to the same, that would be fine for small-ish sites. Make sure your iSCSI network is on a different vlan to keep traffic separated.
