Give certain users right to upgrade,install,uninstall software without giving them local admin rights
Hi experts
I would like to let certain users to be able to update , install and uninstall programs without giving them local admin rights ? How do I achieve this task ?
What about exe files or program execution or script exceution that needs to run as admin
Is there a sort of delegation to give user access only for running and installing programs or excecuting scripts
Is there any alternative free software management that user can find all software to run as in system center

You will need a 3rd party program as windows doesn't offer to delegate the right to install random software. Look at Powerbroker by BeyondTrust.
