Backup Cisco config 9300 to USB
Hi,
Were updating the firmware on 9300 SW and wanted to know the steps to back-up the config file in case something goes wrong. There is a USB on the switch which we want to send the backup.
Cisco TAC is slow to respond the gave me the command below, however, it's not working, doing some looking around and see some using the copy NVRAM, but want to ensure that is the right file to copy to restore in the event of failure. Also is there another file or method, best practice before upgrading the firmware.
1. copy flash:running-config usbflash0: - Not Working
2. copy flash:nvram_config usbflah0: - working
