I was sent several files with a .har and .firefox suffix and I need to know which applications open these files.

A customer sent me these to show browser traffic.

Probably best to ask whoever sent them to you; they will know what generated them and how to open them.  Our very best guess is not as good as "I generated this with FooBar using data from Sly Report Collector."

While I definitely agree with Dr. Klahn that the best thing to do is ASK the person who sent the files to you, a simple googling will also tell you:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HAR_(file_format)

And .firefox sounds obvious enough...

You can also try to open the files with a text editor and get an idea of what the contain and what might be used to analyze them.

It turns out that Fiddler opens and interprets the har files
