Some of the computers on my domain show up under Network. Why do they not all show up?
Why can I not see all the computers on my domain?
Try enabling the function discovery resource publication service, at least on the DC.
For Windows 7 and Windows 10, you need to go to Network and Sharing Center via the Control Panel. On the left-hand side, click on Change advanced sharing settings. Now expand the Private profile option and make sure Network Discovery is turned on along with automatic setup. Make sure file and printer sharing is on and make sure to allow Windows to manage homegroup connections.

I have AVG Business installed on one of the workstations (WIN4) and Avast Free Antivirus on another (WIN30). Both are on the same domain. I do not know if I need to modify the settings in these programs to allow access.

Setting the "Function Discovery Resource Publication" service to Auto and starting fixed the problem. I was even able to keep Avast Free Antivirus turned on. Now WIN30 shows up on all the other computers on the domain.

Thank you both for ending hours of frustration!
