gateway NE56R31U laptop power button blinks 5 times will not turn on. I replaced the battery, still nothing. I took the batt out and unplugged AC and held pwr down for about 45 seconds, but nothing.

I got a new battery. When I put it in and plugged AC in, I still see blue blinking light. .....Is this still the AC cord?
