Was googling for various Aruba docs but can't
locate any documentation on this.

Understanding Global Firewall Parameters - Monitor/Police CP Attack rate (per 30 seconds)

Rate of misbehaving user’s traffic, which if exceeded, can indicate a denial or service attack.
Recommended value is 3000 frames per 30 seconds.

Part of the firewall setting in managing the rate of Control Processor (CP) attack on the incoming traffic.

it would have been a hardening parameter - saw it in one of the guide
