Migrate DHCP to 2019 core

Hi Experts,

I like to migrate my DHCP config to another server.
The old config is on Server 2012 R2
And my new Server is Windows 2019 Core.

Is this possible ?
Please can you show me the commands ?
Windows OSDHCPWindows 10AzureWindows Server 2016

Core Server because more secure and we use Management server to maintain...

You're welcome my young Padawan, if you have any issues after the import I.E your scopes aren't dishing out IP addresses, you can export and re-import the scope on your 2019 server and it should then work as expected. The last time I had to do this was migrating from 2003 but that used a different database so this shouldn't be an issue.
