we used to have earlier skye for business and outlook 2016 opening almost at same type as skype was set to auto luanch
we disabled skype from auto launching and users now first open outlook and the launch skype .
the problem almost all users are happening noe :
when login screen for outlook comes, earlier under username email address of the user use to get displayed now only username is getting displayed
everytime user launches outlook 2016, users have to change their username to email address and the put password and outlook launches.
is this problem happening because skype is not launching and outlook is not getting the email address from skype

Lets phrase this differently, if you set it back to what it was before, does this work exactly as expected?
When they open outlook, can you tell me what sort of popup they are getting? Do they get this issue if you create a new outlook profile?

When I revert back users get email address in their username when outlook launches
So what is being caused when Skype is not auto launched
Also the next time I open outlook even Skype is not auto launched
It gets populated with email address

It's going to be your credential cache on all the machines, I'm guessing once you change it to use the email address it caches it again.
Realistically though, back out your change and fix everything in one go. They are using skype and it should start on boot anyway, it's a business tool and everyone should expect to use it.

When outlook login screen comes when Skype is not auto launched then under username it is blank or just my name comes up , one expert mentioned it is being caused because of no availability service from Skype but again when I log off from desktop and log back in and wait for a minute then open outlook it populated with email address under user name
So how is this possible why after a min it populated?

Almost certainly autodiscover, actually that's a good point it could be an auto-discover issue.
Have you run your exchange auto-discover tests?

So you made a change and it broke your system, as far as I'm concerned this is a failed change, you should back it out and then figure out why it failed in the first place.
