How do I make the new folder view like the previous on in Windows 10
The right hand side where you can specify file types and other contact info keeps the old values and they can't be removed, How can this be modified?

It used to be that you could type *.mp3 or *.wma and only files with those extensions would be shown and you could easily switch between choices. Now every choice that you make seems to stick and can't be gotten rid of. How do you know which choice is active?
