The Cisco USB to serial converters that came with the switches have been good for me, but they are expensive.
Just about any USB to DB-9 converter should work for you. Startech is the only "name" in the cable converter biz that has a reputation to speak of, and their stuff is generally good. There are some other brands that do network hardware who have an adapter as well.
Realistically, the conversion to USB to serial is very standard at this point and just about any new converter will have win 10 support.
Just about any modern USB/Serial converter will work, mines a cheap unbranded one I got of eBay. and it worked out of the box with both Windows 10 and macOS. I find it more of an ordeal to get the rollover cables now TBH, cause I keep breaking the plastic tabs of them! And Cisco have a habit of not putting them in the boxes these days.
Also most modern IOS switches have a mini USB on them now, rather than an RJ45 for console connections, to save carrying extra cables I just have a tiny mini USB converter in my laptop bag for these, and a standard USB cable.
I also have RJ45 ends for normal cables that turn them into rollover cables and crossover cables, and loopback cables, they cost about 5quid a piece and take up no room in your bag.
