Hi Experts,

Is there any Multi Factor token keys you recommend for Office 365?

We purchased Yubico and I've invested way more time than we paid for them and still can't get them to work.  Their documentation does not match the options I am seeing.

Are there any others that you may have experience with?

Thank you,

Karen

The Microsoft Authenticator app works perfectly.  Once a logon attempt is initiated, you get a notification on your phone you can either approve or deny.  Do you have to use a physical device?

We do not pay for our employees cell phones so we wanted to offer another alternative that we provide.

Do the apps work or are you just having issues with the Yubco?

We purchased the wrong ones, Yubico advised us which ones to purchase but currently nothing is working.  I didn't know if anyone had experience with others.

Thank you.  Yubico does support 365 we just purchased the wrong keys.  Support finally responded so will leave your response if someone else needs to know.  Thank you - Karen
