Totalling a column of cells based on Yes/No value in corresponding cells.

In Excel, I have a column of numbers,  F5 through F150. Each line has Yes or No in Column E. I want to take a total in cell F151 of all cells (F5 through F150) in which a Yes appears in the corresponding cell in Column E.
