My understanding of :
Physical Memory is the amount pf RAM assignd to the computer.
Virtual Memory, is the paging file to the disk..so that when the Physical Memory is maxed out, the system will temporary move the data from physical memory to the disk , then bring it back up to physical memory once it has room for it
