Physical Memory is the amount pf RAM assignd to the computer.<br />
<br />
Virtual Memory, is the paging file to the disk..so that when the Physical Memory is &nbsp;maxed out, the system will temporary move the data from physical memory to the disk , then bring it back up to physical memory once it has room for it
