Guest Physical/Virtual Memory

Guest Physical/Virtual Memory

the online explanation about Guest Physical/Virtual Memory is as mentioned below, but not clear. Any Expert to clarify that ?

Thank you

Guest physical memory refers to the memory that is visible to the guest operating system running in the virtual machine. Guest virtual memory refers to a continuous virtual address space presented by the guest operating system to applications.

You have presented a statement not a question. Please rephrase as a question. How the hypervisor does this doesn't really affect the usage of the Virtual Machine.

My understanding of :

Physical Memory is the amount pf RAM assignd to the computer.

Virtual Memory, is the paging file to the disk..so that when the Physical Memory is  maxed out, the system will temporary move the data from physical memory to the disk , then bring it back up to physical memory once it has room for it
