Fix For Office 365 / App-V Interaction

Hi,

We have exactly this issue:

but don't find the ClickTorun folder in the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ClickToRun\OverRide]
"AllowJitvInAppvVirtualizedProcess"=dword:00000001

Please advise!

Have you tried creating it?

You tried both registry values?
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ClickToRun\OverRide]

Have you tried a repair of office?

No, there is no reason at all to do that. Even if that would work, which it won't, it is not a solution to rollout to hundred users.

Are these windows 10 machines?

Within powershell what is the result of Get-AppvStatus

Never mind, this isnt going anywhere. Appv status wont reveal anything that s relevant here. Microsoft doesn't support it (click to run Office and AppV Visio) anyways.

Please close ticket.

Oh ok. Seems like your pretty sure about that. If its not enabled obviously it won't work right?
