Be more specific, do you want the last logon of the users? The servers? Do you want to know when a user last logged onto citrix? etc etc
In which case use powershell
get-aduser -filter * -properties Lastlogondate, canonicalname | select-object Name, samaccountname, canonicalname, lastlogondate
This has zero bearing on citrix though....
Realistically as well, you can limit it to specific OU's which would be great since you won't pull your service accounts.
