After patching Sharepoint 2013 I need to run Get-SPProduct -Local on that server to clear the Missing Patches message. It has been taking hours to complete, Haven't found much online in regards to a cause/fix. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />

I do see activity in the event viewer. Most notable is that Msiinstaller is running thru the components but is very intermittent. Msiinstaller and WMI performance Adapter Services are cycling between Start and stop states. <br />

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
