ASP.net Using similar design to existing site

I want to design the html of my home page to span the whole screen and have 3 horizontal segments
The top for my logo and wording, the middle for images and the bottom for text. Two sites that I like the design of follow. The first has the layout that I am looking for
https://www.officeexperts.com.au/
https://goalmakersoftware.com.au/
How would I structure my site like these? As a start I have the following markup
Thanks
