Show only custom cell styles in the ribbon (excel 2010).

Dear suppport,

I have added customer cell selection in the ribbon.
When I open new excel files or obtain from others a file - I see the custom cell styles shown in attached "PIC1".
I have my own - see attached .xlsx. I can save them in the XLStart folder or another location you suggest. Or a macro etc.
Please advise how to easily only show my cell styles when I am going to work in someone else file. Do I have to load my own cell styles into their file or can I have them showing up in my PC?
If so, how to approach it.

I would prefer not to affect their cell style list, in their workbook. But if I have to, I was thinking:
1. Macro to delete all cells styles (form PIC1 not being used in a specific file), then I can manually "merge" my cell styles into that affect file, by bringing them from my own file.

Please advise.

you can open both the file you have your cell styles and the one that you want to paste the style to.

then click on merge style and then from the box as shown in the screenshot you can copy styles from one workbook to another.

Dear Skylar,
As you show in your picture, the file has many formats. I only want to bring in my formats and not use the ones in the file to merge into.

In this case, what you need is Excel Formatting Shortcuts Add-in it costs a one time perpetual license of 15$ only.
