how to get two smaller data sets to use the secondary axis

I have a chart with 6 data sets - two of them (Oranges and TGs Oranges) of a smaller magnitude than then other 4 data sets. I can get Oranges on the secondary axis but how can I get TGS Oranges on the secondary axis as well. In the attached file I have two charts (the first one is what I want but it excludes TGS oranges). The second one includes all the data but it's not showing TGS as a secondary axis. What am I missing? Thanks you

Select the topmost line and send it to the primary axis. Another line will appear. Do the same to it. You will get your result.

On the first chart, I added a new series for TGs Oranges, then right clicked it, chose Format Data Series, clicked the column chart icon on the resulting task pane, and specified Secondary y-axis.

On the second chart, I rightclicked the secondary y axis labels, chose Format Axis, clicked the column chart icon on the resulting task pane, and specified a maximum scale value of 3.5. I could then rightclick the series that should have been plotted on the secondary axis, choose Format Data Series, click the column chart icon on the task pane, and specify Secondary y-axis.
